Eric Marks is President and
CEO of AgilePath Corporation,
an industry leading vendor-independent
Service-Oriented Architecture
(SOA) management consulting
firm based in Newburyport,
MA. (www.agile-path.com).
Mr. Marks is a software and
technology veteran with 21
years of experience with
firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers,
Cambridge Technology Partners,
Novell, Electronic Data Systems,
StreamServe, Ontos, and Square
D/Schneider Electric.
Mr.
Marks is the author of three
industry-recognized SOA books
including, "SOA
Governance for the Services-Driven
Enterprise" (2008), "Service-Oriented
Architecture (SOA): Planning
and Implementation Guide
for Business and Technology," (2006), "Executive’s
Guide to Web Services" (2003).
Mr. Marks also wrote "Business
Darwinism – Evolve or Dissolve," (Wiley,
2002), and he also edited
and contributed to "Manufacturing
Leadership through the Extended
Enterprise" (2000).
He also contributed to Coherency
Management: Architecting
the Enterprise for Alignment,
Agility, and Assurance (publication
TBD). Mr. Marks is also collaborating
on Executives Guide to Cloud
Computing, (TBD, Wiley).
Mr. Marks graduated from
Syracuse University in
1983 and the University
of Wisconsin-Milwaukee
in 1986, and serves on
the Advisory Board for
Syracuse University’s top-ranked
School of Information Studies,
as well as being an Adjunct
Professor. Mr. Marks also
serves on the National
Board of Advisors for the
Kauffman Campuses Initiative
(Enitiative), is on the
Advisory Board for Northeastern
University's School of
Information Services, and
is a Visiting Scientist
at Carnegie Mellon’s Software
Engineering Institute (SEI).

Paul Dube Chief Financial Officer |

As CFO, Treasurer and Board
of Directors member, Mr.
Dube manages AgilePath's
financial operations, human
resources, contracts management,
and related corporate operations
and governance matters. A
23-year financial operations
veteran, Mr. Dube has worked
with a number of start-up
organizations including MediSense,
Ontos, and BrightRoad. At
Ontos, he served as corporate
controller and human resources
manager. At MediSense, he
participated in the development
of the corporate treasury
function for this company
with 15 foreign subsidiaries.
During his tenure at MediSense,
revenues increased from $10
million to $150 million
and he assisted the company
through its initial public
offering, follow-on offering,
and eventual acquisition
by Abbott Laboratories. He
began his career with Fechtor
Detwiler as a security analyst.
His passion is the start-up
business environment and
he brings this wealth of
knowledge and energy to
AgilePath. Mr. Dube holds
an M.B.A from Southern New
Hampshire University and
earned his B.A. in American
History from the University
of Maine.

Ken Cole Vice President of Operations |

Mr. Cole is responsible for SOA Services delivery, project management, staffing and recruiting
activities. Mr. Cole was previously the Managing Director of product development and operations
at Ontos. Mr. Cole has also served as Vice President of client services for Celerity Solutions,
General Manager for Ross Systems' Logistics Products Division, and in various management roles
for Barclay Consulting Group, Millipore Corporation and Bose Corporation.

Stephan Nadeau Chief Architect |

Stephan Nadeau is the Chief Architect at AgilePath Corporation; a consulting firm based in Newburyport, Ma. Mr. Nadeau is a technologist, strategist, architect, researcher, program director, and consultant specializing in distributed technologies. He has brought his tactical expertise to various programs and initiatives.
Prior to joining the AgilePath team, Mr. Nadeau was the Lead Systems Engineer and Project Lead at The TYBRIN Corporation where he was responsible for a portfolio of systems engineering efforts focused on supporting the needs of Air Mobility Command’s Air Force Mission Planning systems. Prior to TYBRIN, Mr. Nadeau held various positions for multiple agencies and programs at The MITRE Corporation focused on Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs for Electronics Systems Center (ESC), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). Mr. Nadeau was also a principal investigator on a research effort focused on real time analysis of patterns and behaviors using stream processing engines for sensors in coordination with MIT, Brandeis University, and Brown University.
Mr. Nadeau is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northeastern University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Boston University, and is a Masters of Business Administration from Babson University.
