Founder, President and CEO

Mr. Marks is a software and technology veteran with 21 years of experience with firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cambridge Technology Partners, Novell, Electronic Data Systems, StreamServe, Ontos, and Square D/Schneider Electric.

Mr. Marks is the author of six business & technology strategy books including "Executive’s Guide to Cloud Computing (April 2010), "SOA Governance for the Services-Driven Enterprise" (2008), "Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Planning and Implementation Guide for Business and Technology," (2006), "Executive’s Guide to Web Services" (2003). Mr. Marks also wrote "Business Darwinism – Evolve or Dissolve," (Wiley, 2002), and he also edited and contributed to "Manufacturing Leadership through the Extended Enterprise" (2000). Mr. Marks is a frequent speaker at industry events based on his thought leadership on cutting edge technologies, and his experience helping large Commercial and Federal enterprises leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage.

Mr. Marks graduated from Syracuse University in 1983 and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1986, and serves on the Advisory Board for Syracuse University’s top-ranked School of Information Studies, as well as being an Adjunct Professor of SOA and Cloud Computing. Mr. Marks also serves on the National Board of Advisors for the Kauffman Campuses Initiative (Enitiative), is on the Advisory Board for Northeastern University’s School of Information Services, and is a Visiting Scientist at Carnegie Mellon’s Software Engineering Institute (SEI).




Doug Brown

Doug Brown is AgilePath's Vice President of Business Development. He brings over 25 years of sales, operational and financial management expertise to AgilePath. He has spent the past several years at Gartner Consulting Performance Management and Measurement Practice demonstrating his superior foresight.

Mr. Brown spent 10 years with a technical consulting division of Deloitte Consulting. During his time at Deloitte, Mr. Brown had primary P&L responsibility of a fledging three person consulting operation group that he developed into a regional market leader with over 150 consultants driving well beyond forecasted annual revenue. Mr. Brown is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and absolute commitment to building mutually beneficial, long lasting alliances with customers and employees.

Ms. Callahan comes to AgilePath with independent venture experiences that awarded her the opportunity to implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing programs to increase brand awareness.

Through Ms. Callahan's dedication, expertise and commitment, she applies all of her experience to accelerate AgilePath’s sales process to its full potential. This includes executing and achieving annual sales revenue with a sales and marketing strategy and to fit AgilePath’s objectives through a steady cadence of marketing campaigns. Ultimately, increasing visibility to current clients and discovering new ones.

Ms. Callahan began her career at Deloitte Consulting, where she created, launched and managed a successful marketing and training division. During those years, Ms. Callahan's leadership and management expertise resulted in her being highly sought after in the field of training, management, marketing and business development.

Ms. Callahan holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with minors in International Finance and Sociology from Suffolk University.




Paul Dube, Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Treasurer and Board of Directors member, Mr. Dube manages AgilePath's financial operations, human resources, contracts management, and related corporate operations and governance matters. A 23-year financial operations veteran, Mr. Dube has worked with a number of start-up organizations including MediSense, Ontos, and BrightRoad. At Ontos, he served as corporate controller and human resources manager. At MediSense, he participated in the development of the corporate treasury function for this company with 15 foreign subsidiaries. During his tenure at MediSense, revenues increased from $10 million to $150 million and he assisted the company through its initial public offering, follow-on offering, and eventual acquisition by Abbott Laboratories. He began his career with Fechtor Detwiler as a security analyst. His passion is the start-up business environment and he brings this wealth of knowledge and energy to AgilePath. Mr. Dube holds a M.B.A from Southern New Hampshire University and earned his B.A. in American History from the University of Maine.




Ken Cole, Vice President of Operations

Mr. Cole is responsible for SOA Services delivery, project management, staffing and recruiting activities. Mr. Cole was previously the Managing Director of product development and operations at Ontos. Mr. Cole has also served as Vice President of client services for Celerity Solutions, General Manager for Ross Systems' Logistics Products Division, and in various management roles for Barclay Consulting Group, Millipore Corporation and Bose Corporation.




Kevin King

Kevin King
Director of West Coast Operations

Mr. King is the Director of West Coast Operation and is responsible for implementing Enterprise Governance for AgilePath Corporation.

Mr. King brings to AgilePath over 20 years of management and technical experience in the healthcare and financial services domains.

Prior to joining the firm, he was the manager of a program management office for Kaiser Permanente. Mr. King lead a team that implemented and supported over 2000 electronic integrations for KPHealthConnect, the enterprise wide electronic medical records system.  In addition, the organization delivered the first SOA solutions enabling member self-service for appointment scheduling activities, work that set the foundation for SOA adoption throughout the company.

His career also includes product management and database design for web portals and the creation of data services to enable financial advisors to gather their custodian data from one consolidated location. Throughout his career, he has spent significant time interacting with customers to understand their businesses and implementing solutions that improved their operations.

Mr. King graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics degree.




Al Cilcius

Al Cilcius is a seasoned software professional with over 30 years experience in the architecture, design, implementation and delivery of complex software systems.  His experience runs the gamut from helping build the first Wang PC to endeavors such as complex modeling and simulation systems, client-server architectures, artificial intelligence, financial and trading systems, SOA and web services, virtualization, and now at AgilePath, Cloud Computing.

Before joining AgilePath, Al was a Principal Software Architect at TYBRIN Corporation, responsible for the server-side architecture of the TASM SP1A program for Air Mobility Command.  He also supported the E-10A program while at The MITRE Corporation in the capacity of systems architecture, modeling and simulation, and distributed computing and messaging.

Mr. Cilcius holds a M.S. in Systems and Advanced Technology from SUNY Binghamton and a B.S. in Physics from Bates College.
